社会医疗机构门诊处方费用分析 摘要 目的 了解社会医疗机构门诊医生处方费用情况，分析影响门诊费用的主要因素。方法 随机抽取郴州市城区105家社会医疗机构106名门诊医生开具的3169张处方，通过处方信息变量赋值，运用多元线性回归分析方法探讨各影响因素与处方费用之间的关系。结果 社会医疗机构门诊人均费用为64.51元，每天每张处方平均费用为46.82元 ；处方用药种数linicians Prescription Expenditure in Social Medical Institutions LI Xiao-feng ，Fu Min (Chenzhou City Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Chenzhou, Hunan, 423000 , P.R.China) Abstract：[Objective] To analyze the key factors influencing prescription expenditure [Methods] Altogether 3139 prescriptions of 106 clinicians in 105 social medical institutions were randomly selected in chenzhou city, and analyzing the relation of prescription expenditure and key factors in multiple linear regression analysis. [Results] The average prescription expenditure per day was 46.82 yuan. The positive correlation factors were the kinds of medicine, the proportion of antimicrobial drug, the proportion of injection drug,doctor’s degree and patient’s age. The negative correlation factors was the proportion of basic drug.The nonprofit-making medical institutions were little higher than profit ones .[Conclusions] Using more drugs, injection drugs and antimicrobial drugs were the key factors to heighten prescription expenditure in social medical institutions. In order to ensure medical safety, we should strengthen supervision and management.
