健康体检群体超重、肥胖与多种代谢异常关系探讨 张丰焕 冯德朝 林海燕邮编25002115863188067,E-mail:fengdc1968@163.com) 【摘要】目的:探讨体检人群超重、肥胖的流行特征及超重、肥胖与血压、血糖、血脂代谢指标的关系,为本地区人群慢性病的防治提供依据。方法:对2008-2010年于山东省立医院健康查体中心体检的54314人进行数据分析,内容包括身高、体重、体质指数、血压、血脂、血糖,按标准进行BMI分层,高血压、高血脂、高血糖各组行聚集性分析。结果:超重或肥胖检出率在不同性别、不同年龄段存在差异,不同年龄组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P =0.000),同年龄组间超重率均为男性高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000;0.000;0.000;0.000;0.000;0.022);男性和女性高血压、高血脂、高血糖检出率均随BMI的增加而增加,且超重、肥胖组与正常组比较差异均有统计学意义(P =0.000,0.001);人群中随BMI的增加不受“三高”影响的比例逐渐减少,超重组、肥胖组与体重正常组比较,差异有统计学意义(P =0.000)。结论:近年来由体重增加而导致的慢性病患病率及相关危险因素强度不断增加,以健康体检为依托开展体重管理预防慢性病,对开展本地区人群慢性病防治具有重要的意义。 【关键字】体重指数 多种代谢异常 流行特征 【中图分类号】R195.4 Exploration on relationship between the body?mass?index and multiple metabolic disorders among examinational abults in Shandong area ZHANG Feng-huan, FENG De-chao*, LIN Hai-yan Department of health examination, Shandong Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University, 250021,Jinan, China Corresponding author: Department of radiology, Qilu Hospital of Shandong University, 250012,Jinan, China,Tel: E-mail: fengdc1968@163.com 【Abstract】Objective : Analysis of epidemic characteristics to investigate the correlation between the body mass index (BMI) and a multiple metabolic disorder in Shandong province of China. Methods: 54314 cases were examined height, weight, body mass index, blood pressure, blood lipids and blood glucose form 2008-2010. BMI stratified according to the standard. Hypertension, high cholesterol and high blood sugar were to be aggregation analyzed. Data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 version. Results: There are statistically significant difference in detection rate of different sexes and different age among normal weight, overweight and obesity (P 0.01 ).As BMI increased, the detection rate of hypertension, high cholesterol and high blood sugar was increased.
