益气凉血解毒类中药对拉米夫定诱发乙肝病毒YMDD变异的干预作用研究徐春军1刘燕玲2 李秀惠3戚团结1 刘敏 1林凌云1 （1首都医科大学附属北京中医医院肝病科，北京100010；2中国中医研究院西苑医院肝病科，北京100091；3首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院中西医结合科，北京100054） The study of interference effect of Chinese herb mixture prescription Yiqijiedu on the Variation of YMDD induced by?lamivudine therapy XU Chun-jun① , LIU Yan-ling②,LI Xiu-hui③,QI Tuan-jie①,LIU Min ①, LIN Ling-yun ① ①Beijing Hospital of TCM,Capital Medical University, Beijing,100010 ②Xiyuan Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,Beijing 100091 ③Beijing YouAn Hospital, ,Capital Medical University, Beijing,100054 摘要：目的观察益气凉血解毒类中药对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎抗病毒治疗及其耐药株发生率的影响。方法选择慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者138例，随机分为3组，分别予以口服拉米夫定、拉米夫加益气凉血解毒类中药和益气凉血解毒类中药治疗，疗程均为12个月，分别观察肝功能、HBVM指标、HBV-DNA、YMDD和临床症状的变化。结果 3组在治疗后临床症状均明显改善，ALT、AST、HBV-DNA均降低，有明显统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗后3组间各指标无明显差异(P0.05)。结论益气凉血解毒类中药可以对拉米夫定诱发的乙型肝炎病毒YMDD变异起到明显的抑制作用，且对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎有明显疗效。关键词：慢性乙型病毒性肝炎;益气凉血解毒类中药;抗病毒治疗;YMDD变异 Abstract: Objective To investigate the effective of Chinese herb Mixture prescription Yiqijiedu on the interference of YMDD induced by ?lamivudine therapy and the ?incidence of drug-resistant strains. Methods Selecting138 patients with chronic hepatitis B, divided randomly into 3 groups ,one group lamivudine were taken orally,one group were given orally by lamivudine and Chinese herb Mixture prescription Yiqijiedu and one group only given Chinese herb Mixture prescription Yiqijiedu orally. The treatment course of 3 groups was 48 weeks. and observe?respectively subjective symptom、ALT、AST、HBV-DNA and the Variation of YMDD and analysis the result in statistics after 12weeks、24 weeks、36 weeks and 48weeks.Results The subjective symptoms、ALT、AST and HBV-DNA in each group improved significantly after treatment (P0.05), while the difference among these groups were not significant (P0.05).Conclusion It is indicated that Chinese herb Mixture prescription Yiqijiedu has the effect to inhibit the variation of YMDD induced by ?lamivudine therapy and has definite efficacy on patients
