城市土地供应配置绩效评价研究 ——以重庆市主城九区为例 摘要：随着城市化进程步伐的不断加快，土地资源的利用问题成为了人们比较关注的话题。为了能够合理利用土地资源，提高其利用效百分比，推进城市土地市场的宏观调控，政府需要有效实施城市土地供应的措施。文章以重庆市为例，对重庆市2007-2011年土地供应配置绩效进行定量的评价与分析。结果表明：近五年，重庆市的土地供应配置绩效水平处于中级阶段，重庆市城市土地供应配置绩效的程度比较偏低，这也就说明本研究中运用综合指数模型对城市土地供应配置绩效评价是准确的评价的方法也是适用的，这种评价方法对其他城市土地配置的合理参考依据。所以在建设城市现代化的过程中，除了需要有效监督土地的利用效百分比之外，还需要不断创新土地供应的手段，推进城市土地资源能够合理利用，从而为其他城市的现代化建设提供有力的参考。 关键词：土地供应；配置绩效；重庆市；供应手段 Abstract: With the accelerating pace of urbanization, the utilization of land resources has become more concerned about the topic.
