水泥搅拌桩在加固筒仓地基中的应用 白书兴 （河南华慧有色工程设计有限公司，河南 郑州 450041） 摘要：水泥搅拌桩复合地基属于胶结桩复合地基，是在处理软弱地基上，即在提高软弱地基承载力和改善地基沉降变形条件两个方面上的常用方法。它是利用水泥等材料作为固化剂的主剂，通过特制的深层搅拌机械，在地基深处就地将软土和固化剂（浆液或粉体）强制搅拌，利用固化剂和软土之间所产生的一系列物理-化学反应，使软土硬结成具有整体性、水稳定性和一定强度的优质地基。水泥搅拌桩施工工期短、无公害、施工过程无振动、无噪音、不排污、对相邻建筑无不利影响。在化工、冶金等工厂中，都有许多大型的筒仓构造物，本文就通过一个实际工程，从方案选定、设计计算、质量检验等方面说明水泥搅拌桩是进行重型建筑物地基处理中一个有效的方式。 关键词： 软基处理；水泥搅拌桩；复合地基；承载力 Application of cement-mixing pile in strengthening soil foundation baishuxing (Henan Huahui Nonferrous Engineering Design Co. In the chemical industry, metallurgy and other factories, there are many large silo structure, in this paper, through a practical project, the scheme selection, design, quality inspection, cement mixing pile is a effective way to deal with the foundation of heavy buildings.In this paper,a new thought was given to appraise improvement effect of composite foundation by use of average velocity of pile and soil,based on the principle of calculating the bearing capacity of cement-mixing pile composite foundation by means of stress radio of pile and soil.
