In this paper, the AV15 coating which is not commonly used in china, the epoxy organic silicon coating and the polyurethane coating are taken as basic coatings, a hydrophobic agent (BH-102) is used to restore the coating scratch, and the corrosion behavior of coating scratches at the hydrothermal environment and the neutral salt spray environment is studied. The results show that, the hydrophobic layer can be made on scratch areas of the three basic coatings with using BH-102, which can be effective shielding from invasion of corrosive medium. And at the same time, the hydrophobic layer also can prevent the occurrence of the corrosion, obviously delaying the rust time of the three basic coatings’ scratches. BH 102 even can dissolve some corrosion inhibitors of AV15 coatings, and form a hydrophobic layer of better anti-corrosion effect.
