Application (Field Installed) GPEC Sequence of Operation Database Misc. Sequence of Operations Note: The following is a sample of a typical sequence of operations that may be adapted for a particular project. This is provided as a suggestion on how to write a sequence of operation for a specific project. The GPEC controller includes the ability for the operator to select some different sequences. Consult your Carrier representative if the sample sequence requires alterations. SEQUENCE OF OPERATION DATABASE AC1 AIR COMPRESSOR PRESSURE A pressure transmitter located in the control air main will indicate air compressor pressure. If air pressure drops below 40 psi or rises above 95 psi an alarm will be generated. C1 Cooling Coil w/ Mix Damper OA Enthalpy Mixed air dampers and cooling coil valve are modulated in sequence to maintain a desired discharge temperature. When outside air enthalpy is greater than return air enthalpy, the mixed air dampers will be driven to their minimum positions. When outside air enthalpy is less than return air enthalpy, mixing dampers and cooling coil valves will modulate in sequence to maintain the desired space temperature. C2 Cooling Coil w/ Mix Damper SPT Enthalpy Mixed dampers and cooling coil valve are modulated in sequence to maintain a desired space temperature. When outside air enthalpy is greater than return air enthalpy, the mixing dampers will be driven to their minimum position. When outside air enthalpy is less than space air enthalpy, mixing dampers will modulate to provide free cooling. Space air sensor will modulate the cooling coil valve to maintain a desired temperature. C3 Cooling Coil Control of SPT w/ RH Cooling coil valve is modulated to maintain a desired space temperature. Space air sensor will modulate cooling coil valve to maintain a desired temperature. If return air humidity rises above user setpoints, cooling coil valve will be modulated to maintain a lower setpoint. C4 Cooling Coil Control of SPT Cooling coil
