A mandatory pre-bid will be held at the City of Kings Mountain, at Kings Mountain City Hall, 101 W. Gold Street, in the Firemen’s training room at 10:00AM, Tuesday August 8, 2006. A guided tour of each building will follow.
Proposals will be received in the Purchasing Division, City Hall, 101 W. Gold Street, PO Box 429, Kings Mountain, North Carolina, 28086 until Tuesday, August 15, 2006 for furnishing the materials and services described below. Please note conditions.

Pump Dept: South Dilling St. Kings Mountain, NC 28086
Cemetery: South Dilling St. Kings Mountain, NC 28086
Scheduled Maintenance
Trained technicians, engineers, and mechanics should conduct necessary tasks to ensure that the equipment is properly maintained.
Each piece of covered equipment receives inspection and thorough routine preventive maintenance. Periodic tests and adjustments are made to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
Maintenance intervals will be provided at least two (2) times a year.
Following each scheduled inspection the contractor will provide inspection reports depicting equipment condition with recommendations to correct any problems. .
The Community Center (YMCA) boiler must be serviced and the heaters that have coils must be cleaned.
