Step 1 Review Check the key words and expressions. 见本部分课时学案 Step 2 Reading Scan the text and do True or False questions: 1.A student will be invited to give a speech in a newly open park.(T) 2.Next month,a new park is to be opened for city people’s fun.(F) 3.On July 28 at 11:00 am,1974,a terrible earthquake hit Tangshan.(F) 4.Zhang Sha works in Tangshan government.(T) 5.This speech will make it clear that people should cherish (珍惜)their lives better.(T) Step 3 Listening 1.让学生听课文录音,听前提醒学生注意朗读者的语音、语调、语气和停顿技巧。 2.听完后,布置学生朗读课文,指导学生:朗读时字要清晰,速度不要过快,正确运用语音、语调、语气和停顿技巧,并适当考虑文段中所表现的感情色彩。朗读过程中,各小组推荐佼佼者,然后各小组间进行朗读比赛。 Step 4 Language points 见本部分课时学案 Step 5 Homework 见本部分课时学案
