微细腹壁引流管在预防剖宫产术后刀口脂肪液化中的临床应用 迟令珍　许崇云　王笃燕　李宜梅 摘要：目的　长期以来剖宫产术后刀口的高脂肪液化率是刀口愈合不良、裂开的主要因素，它困扰着产科大夫，也给很多孕妇带来了痛苦。探讨剖宫产术中刀口脂肪层放置微细腹壁引流管在预防刀口脂肪液化、刀口愈合不良方面的疗效。方法　自2006年3月至2012年11月，选取2000例剖宫产的孕妇，随机分为观察组1000例与对照组1000例。观察组在关腹时在皮下脂肪层底部、腹直肌前鞘上放置自制微细腹壁引流管，术后48小时拔出。对照组不置引流管。结果　观察组刀口脂肪液化、不愈合率0.3%，明显少于对照组16%（p0.01）。术后病率观察组明显低于对照组。结论　剖宫产手术中放置微细腹壁引流管持续引流是预防刀口脂肪液化促进刀口愈合的有效措施。 关键词　微细腹壁引流管　剖宫产　脂肪液化　刀口不愈合　术后病率　 Micro abdominal drainage tube in prevention of Post Cesarean section incision fat liquefaction in clinical application.??
