第32 卷第3 期 经 济 地 理 Vol.32 ，No. 3 2012 年3 月 ECONOMIC GEOGRAPHY Mar. ，2012 海峡西岸经济区城市物流竞争力的动态比较 谭观音，左泽平 （华侨大学工商管理学院，中国福建泉州 362021） 摘 要：在影响因素分析的基础上，构建了城市物流竞争力评价指标体系，运用因子分析和聚类分析方法对2005 年和 2010 年的海峡西岸经济区城市物流竞争力进行了动态分析与评价。结果表明: 海西城市物流竞争力总体较弱，城市间 呈现“洋葱头”型的不平衡结构；物流基础设施建设落后的局面并没得到根本扭转，但具有后发优势；不同层级的城市 在挖掘物流潜力和提高物流产业效率上具有差异性；提升城市物流竞争力函需大力发展社会消费品零售业和第三产 业；海西物流人力资源匮乏，已不能适应城市物流发展的需要。最后，提出了相应的提升策略。 关键词：城市物流；竞争力；因子分析；聚类分析；海峡西岸经济区 （ ） 中图分类号：F253.9 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1000 - 8462 2012 03 - 0107 - 07 The Dynamic Comparison of the City Logistics Competitiveness in the Economic Zone of West Taiwan Strait ， TAN Guan - yin ZUO Ze - ping （ ， ， ， ， ） College of Business Administration Huaqiao University Quanzhou 362021 Fujian China Abstract: Based on the analysis of influence factor, we build a city competitiveness evaluation index system of logistics, using the method of factor analysis and cluster analysis, we analyze dynamically and evaluate the Economic Zone of West Taiwan Strait ’s logistics competitiveness in 2005 and 2010.
