谷红注射液对老年慢性肾功能衰竭患者血液流变学及肾功能的影响 唐艳玲，刘志伟，刘宝义 【摘要】 目的 观察谷红注射液(谷红)对老年慢性肾功能衰竭患者的血液流变学及肾功能的影响。 方法 肾功能不全失代偿期及肾功能衰竭组30例和尿毒症组26例，2组患者每日静脉滴注谷红5～20ml，连用半月为一疗程。观察治疗前后血压、胆固醇、甘油三酯、血黏度、血尿素氮、肌酐等指标的变化，进行治疗前后自身对比。 结果 治疗后2组BUN、SCr均下降，以肾功能不全失代偿及肾功能衰竭组下降显著(P0．05)，收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)均下降，以SBP下降尤为显著(P0.01)，高密度脂蛋白升高显著(P0．05)，血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、纤维蛋白原下降均显著(P0.05)；胆固醇、甘油三酯和血小板最大聚集率亦有下降，但差异无统计学意义。 结论 谷红对老年慢性肾功能衰竭患者具有降低血黏度和血小板最大聚集率及改善肾功能的作用。 【关键词】 肾功能衰竭，慢性；血液流变学；老年人；谷酰胺；红花 【中图分类号】 R692.5 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】 2006)05-0448-02 The effects of Jintejia On bemorrheology and renal function in senile patients with chronic renal failure TANG Yanling，LIU Zhiwei，LIU Baoyi(The Sixth Ward，The People’S Hospital ofTangshan，Hebei 063000，China) [Abstract] Objective To observe the effects of Guhong on hemorrheology and renal function in senile chron．ic renal faiure．Methods We divided senile patients into 2 groups，non-compensatory renal failure and chronic renal failure group(n=30)and uremia group(n=26)．All patients received Jintejia in adoes of 5-20ml per day 15 days．Changes in blood pressure，cholesterol，triglycerides，blood viscosity，blood urea nitrogen and serum creatimine were determined in paitients before and after treatment．Results After the treatment，BUN and SCr in both groups were reduced，particulary in non—compensatory group(P0．05)．Systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pres·sure(DBP)were also reduced，and asignificant decrease in SBPwas found in those patients(P0．01)．On the other hand，this traditional medicine could markedly increase high·density liporotein(P0．05)and reduce hemorrheologic parameters，including the blood viscosity，low shear of blood viscosity as well as fibrinogen(a11．P0．05)．However，sel31m Cholesterol Triglycerides，platelet maximum aggregation rate were only reduced slightly without statistical differ-ences．Conclusion Guhong is of benefit in lowering blood viscosity and improving renal function in senile patients with chronic renal failure． [Key words] Kidney
