Recuring to Gereffi( 1999) summarizing four dimensionality of GV C analysis, aut hor formed t he analyt ical frame of industrial clusters risk from four dimensionality: space diff erent iation, product increment chain, the gov ernance of value chain and governing model, polit ical factors.
