汽车单控制动装置研究浅析及其配件探索性设计分析 尹 钢 原单位：电子工业部081总厂105信箱 四川 广元市 628017 摘要：在汽车向着多功能化与高智能化发展的同时，我们不得不面对着这愈来愈多的控制环节，思考是否它们已到达或超出人类机体所能控制的极限？虽然目前车体某些智能化装备能让人类从这繁琐的控制中解脱一部分精力与体力出来，甚至做出人力所不能达的更快更好的控制，但是面对日益加大的车流量、日益提高的车速，以及单次驾车里程数和连续驾车时间的增高，驾车疲劳性与紧张性也就愈显突出。当这种疲劳与紧张超出人的耐力与反应时，也就不可避免的发生安全事故。‘简化控制’就是在保证车身能够完成所有安全动作的有效时间范围内，而对人体提出的“捷径控制”要求，该要求不仅缩小了‘人控’对这有效时间的占有比，而且还因为动作的简化而降低了人的疲劳性与紧张性。‘单控制动’就是简化了驾驶员脚对踏板的控制动作，是目前驾驶员急需解决的一项安全行车，提供了一种较好的研究课题。 关键词：组合踏板 集成总泵（组合缸） 离合器强迫结合、分离装置 脚感器 时间占有比 人机工程 中图分类号：TK414.3；U463 文献标识码：A 文章编号： Analysis Feasibility Study On The Single Braking Control For Automobile Yin Gang (Original work unit: Ministry of Electronics Industry 105 Plant Sichuan Guangyuan City, 628017) Abstract：While the car toward the development of multi-functional and high intelligence, we have to face the more and more control points, to consider whether they have reached or exceeded the human body can control limit?
