内 容 摘 要 对于零售企业来说，现今依靠规模经济来实现效益已经很困难，对于如今的零售业来说只有降低成本才能更有竞争力，企业才能有效益。而且节能减排是当下社会的焦点。当下人们普遍把目光投向企业的产品和技术、关注它们在环保方面的表现时，却往往忽略了另一个更为重要的问题。那就是，企业的经营是否绿色，企业的供应链是否高效。一个成功的供应链是企业发展的基石，一个绿色的供应链将成为未来低碳经济中企业的核心竞争力。 本文概述了零售企业的发展趋势，对未来零售企业的发展能有大概的了解。其次对零售企业所遇到问题进行了分析发现零售企业往往由于管理方法不对而成本增加。而经过人们的实践发现应用绿色供应链管理是能够解决零售企业受遇到的问题。绿色供应链管理是一种在整个供应链中综合考虑环境影响和资源效率的现代管理模式，可以说绿色供应链既能解决零售企业的成本问题又能解决零售企业的对环境保护是否重视的问题。通过对“沃尔玛”实施绿色供应链管理来证实实施绿色供应链管理能够很好的解决零售企业的成本问题。最后分析了我国零售业绿色供应所遇到的问题，并针对问题提出合理的解决方法。 关键词：零售企业、供应链管理、绿色供应链管理 ABSTRACT For retail businesses today relying on economies of scale to achieve benefit has been difficult, for todays retailers.
