The genera l idea is to d iv ide the structura l respon se under w ind action s into three com ponen ts: m ean respon se, b ackg round response and resonant response. For the m ean respon se, the coup ling effects are m a in ly indu ced by the structura l average deform ation, wh ich w ill m ake the m ean w ind pressure ch ange consequ ently, and it is a static process. F or the b ackground respon se, the coupling effects are m a inly indu ced by the effect o f the spatia l corre lation of flu ctu ating w ind, and it is a qu asistat ic process. For the resonant respon ses, dynam ic coup ling betw een the h igher frequency parts o f flu ctuat ing w ind and stru cture is m ainly con sidered. A cco rd ing ly, these three com ponen ts can be regarded as static interaction, steady interact ion and transient interaction, resp ectively.
