Abstract : In this paper , t he earlier Scarf and Newton Algorithm for CGE adn t pical
algorithm in current model solution softw are tools as GA MS and GEMPACK are dis-
cussed. The strong and w eak points of these algorit hm s as indicat ed separat el . Also,
A sim ulation case stud based on evolutionar theoretical s stem and competit ivel
solving approach has been given at the end of the paper .
