Methods 305 patients of peptic ulcer diagnosed by endoscopy and 50 healthy volunteers are evaluated by self-rating depression scale(SDS) and rating anxiety scale(SAS) respectively.Then no anxiety or depression state of patients are set for the control group, The rest were randomly divided into intervention group and the natural group. All patients received standard doses and standard course of antiulcer or HP eradicative therapy.The intervention group take flupentixol and melitracen tablets additionally. Results 65.9% patients of peptic ulcer coexist anxiety or depression 作者单位者丹153：202153上海市崇明县庙镇人民医院内科 state, higher significantly than that of healthy group（10%）（P＜0.05）；24.8% patients of the natural group relapse in one year,higher than that of the control group（9.6%）and the intervention group（8.0%）（P＜0.05）.,but the recurerncerate has no difference between the control group and the intervention group. Conclusion The anxiety and depression conditions are more often in the peptic ulcer,which are positively correlated with the high recurerncerate.
