蒲元和胃胶囊联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良疗效观察 姚慧静1 (1. 山东省泰安市中心医院消化内科 山东 泰安 271000) 摘要　目的　观察蒲元和胃胶囊联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效和安全性。方法　2010 年1月—2011 年9月对182 例功能性消化不良患者随机分为试验组（n = 91）和对照组（n = 91），两组均口服多潘立酮片，三餐饭前30 min服用10 mg；试验组加服蒲元和胃胶囊，进餐后30 min 服用1 粒。4 周后观察疗效。结果　经过χ2检验，试验组疗效明显优于对照组。对上腹痛、上腹灼热感、餐后饱胀和早饱症状改善情况进行比较，试验组治疗前后的症状总积分及症状改善有效率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P 0.05），而且起效时间明显缩短。两组患者均未发现严重不良反应。结论　蒲元和胃胶囊联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良安全有效，其疗效明显优于单用促动力药多潘立酮。 关键词　功能性消化不良；多潘立酮；蒲元和胃胶囊 Combined therapy of domperidone and Puyuan Hewei Capsule for functional dyspepsia Abstract OBJECTIVE To study the efficacy and safety of combined the rapy of domperidone and Puyuan Hewei Capsule for functional dyspepsia. MATHOD One hunend of eighty-two patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly grouped into experimental group (n = 91) and the controls (n = 91). The patients in the control group were only given domperidone 10 mg 3 times per day 30 min before meals for 4 weeks. The patients int he experimental group were given 1 capsule of Puyuan Hewei Capsule 3 times a day 30 min and domperidone 10mg 3 times per day after meals for four weeks. The therapeutic efficacy and side effects were compared between the two groups by chi square test. RESULT The general therapeutic efficacy in the experimental group was superior to the controls(P 0.05). The symptoms of upper abdominal pain, abdominal distention, early satiety and stomach burn in the patients in the experimental group were more improved than in the control group. The experimental group had shown shorter onset time than the controls. No severe side-effects were found in the both groups. CONCLUSION Combined therapy of domperidone and Puyuan Hewei Capsule can more significantly improve general efficacy and symptoms in patients with functional dyspepsia than single use of motility medicine domperidone.
