高速论文:高速列车车轮钢磨损模拟试验研究
【中文摘要】铁路客运高速化已经成为当今时代发展的必然趋势,高铁技术在世界范围内蓬勃发展。高速列车给人带来方便、快捷、舒适的同时,其安全及可靠性问题尤为值得关注。随着列车速度及运量的提高,列车运行的动态环境恶化,轮轨间的相互作用更加复杂和剧烈,从而导致轮轨失效问题更加突出。轮轨间的剧烈磨损、疲劳等失效问题会进一步加剧轮轨接触环境的恶化,甚至造成脱轨事故。即使是在高铁技术发展相对完善的日、法、德等国,高铁安全事故也时有发生。因此开展高速工况下轮轨伤损研究具有很好的现实意义。论文根据赫兹接触理论,使用JD-1型轮轨模拟试验机针对两种车轮材料进行了疲劳磨损实验研究。通过改变速度工况,系统分析了模拟时速为240km/h、360km/h、480km/h的列车车轮踏面伤损情况。主要结果和结论如下:1)随着含碳量增加,材料的强度和硬度上升,耐磨性增强。而含碳量增高会导致材料塑性和韧性下降,抗疲劳性能降低。因此,车轮钢的疲劳与磨损存在竞争关系。2)高速工况下,车轮材料都存在氧化现象。3)车轮材料的加工硬化不仅跟材料的性质有关,还跟车轮滚动速度关系密切。含碳量越低,材料的硬度越低,而其加工硬化程度上升;随着速度的提高,加工硬化程度降低。4)随着速度增大,磨损量降低。而材料的点蚀和剥离越明显,疲劳现象更加突出。
【英文摘要】High-speed railway transport has become the inevitable trend of the times. The technol-ogy of high-speed railway flourish around the world. High-speed train brings us convenient, fast and comfortable, but the safety and reliability issues become particularly important.With the increase of the train speed and traffic volume, dynamic environment of the trains deterio-rate. And the interaction between the wheel and rail is more complex and severe, which lead-ing to the failure of wheel and rail becomes even more prominent. The failure owing to the wear and faitgue beween wheel and rail will further exacerbated the deterioration of the wh-eel-rail contact environment, and even cause derailment accident. Even high-speed rail tech-nology in Japan, France and Germany is relatively well, accidents have also occurred. There-fore to carry out the study about rail and wheel failure in high speed condition is significant.According to Hertz contact theory, experimental study about the wear and fatigue of two wheel materials has been done using a JD-1 wheel/rail simulation facility. By changing the speed conditions, it does research on failure of the wheel tread under the simulated speed of 240km/h,360km/h,480km/h.
