安徽农学通报，AnhuiAgri.Sci.Bull.2014，20（16） 5 陕南农业科技服务供给现状调查研究 陈兴平 （安康学院经济与管理系，陕西安康 725000） 摘 要：为了涉农科技服务主体更好地为农户（农业企业）提供农业科技服务，依据随机抽取的陕南三市6县 （区）的60个农业科技服务主体样本数据，就陕南3市2012年的农业科技服务现状，对陕南农业科技服务主体 不能完全为农户（农业企业）提供科技服务的原因进行了分析。陕南农业科技服务主体不能完全为农户（农 业企业）提供科技服务的原因，主要是：一是缺乏有经验的专业技术人才；二是资金短缺、服务经费不足；三是 农业科技服务部门的服务方式表面化；四是农业科技服务部门的服务内容与农户（农业企业）的需求脱节。 最后，在讨论的基础上，有针对性的提出改革现行农业科技服务体系建议。 关键词：农业科技服务；供给；服务成本；陕南 中图分类号 F323 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1007-7731（2014）16-05-03 InvestigationontheCurrentSituationofAgriculturalScienceandTechnologyServiceSupplyin SouthernShaanxi ChenXingping （Departmentof EconomicsandManagement，Ankang University，Ankang 725000，China） Abstract:In order to provide farmers（agricultural enterprises）with better service of agricultural science and technology by principal of agricultural science and technology services ，based on a random sample of 60 agricultural technology service principal sample data of 6 counties（districts）three cities in southern Shaanxi， the situation on agricultural science and technology services were introduced in three cities of southern Shaanxi in 2012，and the reasons why technology services were not entirely provided for farmers（agricultur⁃ al enterprises）by Southern agricultural technology service principal were analyzed. The main reasons are as follows：First，the lack of experienced professional and technical person；Second，the shortage of funds；Third， the way of services provided by agricultural science and technology service sectors is superficial；Finally，ser⁃ vices by agricultural technology services sectors can′t match with farmers′ needs（agricultural enterprises）.
