摘要 新课改以来思想品德课教师大胆改革与创新，积极展开实践和探索，中学思想品德课 教学取得了较好的效果，中学生的道德水平和素养有了明显的提升。但是，思想品德课教 学仍然存有问题，集中表现为思想品德课教学中主体积极性不高，课堂气氛不活跃，教学 效果不明显，这些问题制约着思想品德课教学目标的实现，制约着思想品德课教学的成效， 制约着思想品德课教学的发展。我们认为，思想品德课教学存有这些问题的原因主要在于： 思想品德课教学的形式、方法、内容和评价等环节出现了错误或偏差。如当前思想品德课 教学内容重“考点”、“考技”，轻行为规范；教学形式重课堂讲授，轻感受体验；教学 方法重理论灌输，轻启发探讨；教学评价重书面成绩，轻行为实践。 思想品德课是中学的一门基础课程，承担对学生进行心理教育、道德教育等任务。它 对于提高学生的道德水平和政治素养，为学生成为有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的好 公民具有奠基作用。因此，积极探索并努力解决思想品德教学中存在的问题，搞好思想品 德课教学，是思想品德教育研究者，特别是思想品德教育实践者必须承担的职责。 儒家德育思想是中国德育史上的瑰宝，特别是其重视实践结果的德育实施目标，注重 行为规范的德育实施内容，倡导知行合一的德育实施原则，启发引导为主的德育实施方法， 对于解决思想品德课教学存在的问题具有直接、重要的指导作用。 针对思想品德课教学存在的问题，以儒家德育实施思想为指导，提出了搞好思想品德 课教学的基本对策：在思想品德课教学中以行为实践为教学的首要目标；以行为规范为教 学的重要内容；以感受体验为教学的主要形式；以启发探讨为主要的教学方法；以品德养 成为教学评价的基本准则。 关键词：思想品德课教学；儒家德育； 实施； 启示 - 2 - Abstract New curriculum reform in ideological and moral education teacher since a bold reform and innovation, active exploration and practice, ideological and moral education teaching in middle school has achieved good results, students ethical standards and quality has dramatically improved.
