国产AK后稳定型全膝关节假体置换的近期疗效分析 蔡宏，张克，刘岩，田华，李子剑，娄思权 摘要 目的 观察国产AK后稳定型全膝关节假体置换的近期疗效。方法 回顾2004年3月~2006年7月初次膝关节置换患者80例101膝。国产组使用AK假体29例34膝，进口组使用GenesisⅡ假体51例67膝。全部患者获术后随访，并对住院情况作统计分析。结果 平均随访时间国产组25.7月，进口组24.3月。术后HSS和WOMAC评分、患者满意度、关节活动度两组间均无统计学差异。平均单膝住院费用国产组23 112元/每膝，进口组41 252元/每膝，两组间有统计学差异。结论 国产AK后稳定型全膝关节假体置换术后近期疗效满意，并能显著降低治疗费用，但其远期疗效仍有待观察。 关键词 膝关节置换术；假体；治疗结果 Analysis of short-term clinical outcome of total knee arthroplasty with domestic AK posterior stabilized prosthesis Cai Hong, Zhang Ke, Liu Yan, et al. Department of Orthopedics, Peking University Third Hospital, Beijing, 100083 Abstract Objective To observe the short-term clinical outcome of total knee arthroplasty with domestic AK posterior stabilized prosthesis. Methods From March 2004 to July 2006, 34 knees of 29 patients underwent primary TKA with AK posterior stabilized prosthesis, as domestic group. The use of GenesisⅡ posterior stabilized prosthesis for the 67 knees of 51 patients during the same period were set to import group, as control. For retrospective comparative study, all cases of two groups were followed up. Results The mean follow-up of the domestic group and the import group were 25.7 months and 24.3 months, respectively. The results of HSS and WOMAC scores, patient’s satisfactory rate and range of motion between the two groups after operation were no significant difference. Of the domestic and import groups, the average in-patient costs of each knee was 23 112 yuan and 41 252 yuan, respectively. The difference of two groups has significant meaning. Conclusions The study of short-term follow-up indicates that patients implanted with the domestic AK posterior stabilized prosthesis have obtained good results and reduced medical costs remarkably. However, the long-term outcome remains to be further observed.
