In this paper ，a no vel region j oin 。alled T河 (power 一efef ctive two region j oin) is pro posed . In TRJ ，a clustering algorithm based on area DI 〕AM ( distributed data aggregat ion model ) pro posed in the paper is first used . T he co re node and the gat eway no de construct the co nnect core and the query can transmit in the co re . Enlightened by the semi一oin in the distribut ed data base ，a nove l semi一j oin tehc nique is used in the T珊 ， where only the dat a of j oin attribut es ，no t the dat a of the whole t able ，is sent to the region ，t herefore much energy is saved .
