英语月开幕式演讲
Good morning, everyone,
To strengthen the characteristics of our education and our English teaching, to deepen our English learning, and to undertake the ideal of new curriculum standards, to foster our cultural consciousness and nice emotion, to form a good habit of using English and to consolidate our English basic knowledge and abilities, we will host the fourth session of English Month of Jinyuan School.
To achieve our aims , we will hold a series of activities listed below:
To practice speaking English every day after morning exercise to improve our spoken level.
Every class edits a board of English issues.
We will have slogans hung at the gate, in the dining hall, in the sunken ground, and around the playground.
Every student will have a collection of 80 English sayings to learn.
Your English teacher will guide you to read English works, to sing English songs, to appreciate English poems, to act English plays, to deliver English speeches and to hold recitation contest.
Besides ,teachers will learn to each other and improve their teaching skills by learning from others, we will have foreigners to give us a report. And we will also invite Liyang crazy English to join us.
Following activities are held to different grades.
Oral English test, for grade 7.
Competition of English vocabulary and knowledge, for grade 8.
To enrich your English knowledge, for grade 9
To recite English passages, for senior grade 1.
To consolidate English basic knowledge and skills, for senior grade 2.
For students in senior grade 3,in order to win a promising future, and honor our school, please do your best, and make the most of your time to improve yourselves, we give you our best wishes.
We believe ,with the English month held, your English interest will be motivated, your learning habits and skills will be greatly improved; meanwhile, our teaching skills will change greatly. And our honor and characteristics will be enlarged widely(by Wang Shihua)
