本科毕业论文 （20 届） 基于VB的小区物业管理系统的设计 专业：计算机科学与技术 摘 要 随着我国经济与城乡发展，聚集式的住宅小区越来越成为居住的主流。小区物业管理是为适应当代社会这一市场需要应运而生的，而用计算机操作的小区物业管理系统可以更地使小区管理和小区业主开展各项物业管理业务工作。 本系统是以中文版VB 6.0为前台开发工具，用A2000为后台数据库开发工具而实现的。根据对小区日常工作的调查分析，本系统共分为登录系统、基本资料、物业管理、数据报表统计等功能模块，其功能基本涵盖了小区物业管理的各个方面。因此小区管理和业主可以方便地实现各自所需的服务。本文着重介绍了一个虚拟小区物业管理系统要实现的功能、业务流程、需求分析、数据库设计、功能模块设计、实现、运行等一系列开发流程。最后对系统实现后所运行的结果进行分析，发现系统在使用界面方面存在不够美观等不足。 数据库统计汇总Based on VB residential property management system design Abstract Along with our country economy and the city and countryside development, the accumulation -like residential district more and more becomes the housing the mainstream. This article introduced emphatically a hypothesized plot estate management system must realize function, service flow, demand analysis, database design, function module design, realization, movement and so on a series of development flow.
