维普资讯 · 1498 · 中国匿堂 堡技术2007年第23卷第1o期 ChinJMedImagingTechnol，2007，Vol23，N010 A comparativestudybetween multimodalityM R imaging and64-。slicespiralCTA on evaluation ofcoronaryarterydisease HEDong，WANGLi ，XIAO ，LJ』＼，Lin，XIAQian，TIANJian—ming (DepartmentofRadiology，ChanghaiHospital，SecondMilitaryMedicalUniversity，Shanghai200433。China) [Abstract] 0bjective Tocomparetheimageresultsbetween64一slicespiralCTAandcardiacmultimodalityMRscanningin detectingcoronaryarterydisease．M ethods Allthe28patientswith coronaryarterydiseasewereunderwent64一sliceCT coronaryangiography(CTA)andcardiacmultimodalityMR scanningoneweekbeforecoronaryangiography(CAG)．There— suitswerecomparedwithCAG．Results 64一slicespiralCTA hadhighconsistencywithCAG indiscoveringstenosisdegree ofcoronaryartery (P O．05)．Thesensitivity，specificity，accuracy，positivepredictivevalueandnegativepredictivevalue ofmediumandseverestenosis(≥5O％ )ofcoronaryarteryof64一slicespiralCTAwere87．88 ，98．73 ，95．54 ， 96．67 ，95．12 ．ThecardiacmultimodalityMR scanningshowedleftventriclevolumesof8casesenlargedandtheventri— clewallsof7casesthinned．Inallthe476segments，29segments(6．O9％)werehypokineticorakinetic。and9segments (1．89 )wereparadoxicalmotionsorventricularaneurysms．Thepositiverateofmild，medium andseverestenosisofcoro— naryarteryofMRmyocardialperfusionanddelayedscanningimageswere26．32％，89．47％，100％．Thesensitivity，speci— ficity，accuracy，positivepredictivevalueandnegativepredictivevalueofmedium andseverestenosis(≥5O )ofcoronary arterywhichwereinferredaccordingtothecoronaryanatomicdistributionofmyocardialbloodsupplying byMRIindirectly were93．75％，86．54 ，89．29 ，81．O8 ，95．74％．Conclusion Theresultsofdetectingmediumandseverecoronary stenosisby64一slicespiralCTA andMR myocardialperfusionhadnostatisticalsignificancecompared
