摘 要 本毕业设计主要是斯太尔载重汽车ZZ1192L4611G主减速器的设计分析。从前期选择汽车整体尺寸及各种参数开始着手,设计期间查阅各种资料文献及标准。从选择主减速器的结构方案,到设计锥齿轮的主要参数以及其强度计算,并在此基础上选择齿轮材料,接着设计各个轴的尺寸样式,并依照标准选择所需的轴承,到最后按照设计参数做出此减速器的样图,至此完成此次设计。 而设计主减速器这一机构是基于当下汽车行业的迅猛发展使得减速器作为汽车一个重要配件具有很大的市场。加之目前体积小、重量轻、传动比大、传动效率高且降低能耗的新型减速器更是受到各大厂商的青睐。因此设计了这款可作为节能型的小而轻的减速器。 Abstract Summary this graduation primarily Steyr truck ZZ1192L4611G main final drive design analysis.
