The production process is analyzedw ith techniques of industrial engineering. Some jobsof the process are rede- signed, and somemanual operations are automatized. W ith the redesign, effort ismade to mi prove the line balance. In thisway, the production rate is significantly increased and at the same tmi e the production cost is deduced almost by one third.
