The results showed that no-tillage seedling broadcasting cultivation was beneficial to root growth, seedling standing early and fast, and shoot growth under the conditions of appropriate low water layer (around 1 cm), using younger seedlings, increasing appropriate N at the early growth stage, appropriate straw incorporation (1 200 kg ha−1), dry land seedling rising on plastic trays and spraying paclobutrazol at 2.5 leaf and soaking seed by α-naphthylacetic acid.
