2005 年第 1期 外 语 与 外 语 教 学 2005 , №1 总 第 190 期 Foreign Languages and Their Teaching Serial №190 功能语言学语言教学研究成果概观 张德禄 ( 中国海洋大学外国语学院 ,山东青岛 　266071) 　　摘 　要 :本文主要探讨系统功能语言学的研究者和应用者 , 以及一些应用语言学家和语言教学研究者运用系统功能语 言学理论在语言教学 ,特别是外语教学的诸多方面取得的成果。这些成果包括在利用系统功能语言学的系统观和功能观 的基础上发展起来的长盛不衰的交际教学法;在韩礼德阶与范畴语法和系统功能语法的影响下发展起来的专门用途英语 教学 ;在韩礼德等文化语境和情景语境理论的基础上发展起来的文化教学法 ;在韩礼德等的体裁理论的基础上发展起来的 以体裁和语域为基础的写作教学法;在系统功能语言学理论基础上发展起来的主题协商教学大纲等。作者认为 ,现在已经 到了对系统功能语言学在语言教学中的作用进行全面系统研究的阶段。 关键词 :功能语言学 ;语言教学 ; 成果 　　Abstract :The present article mainly investigates the achievements in the various aspects of language teaching , especially for eign language teaching by the application of the theory of systemic functional linguistics developed by Halliday , his followers , coop erators , applied linguists and scholars in language teaching research. These achievements include the prevalent communicative ap proach developed with the theories of system and function in systemic functional linguistics as one of its bases , the influential theory of language for specific purposes developed on the basis of Halliday ’s scale and category grammar and systemic functional grammar , the cultural approach developed on the basis of Halliday ’s theory of context of culture and context of situation , the method of teaching writing on the basis of the genre theories of Halliday and others , and the topicinteractional syllabus developed on the basis of systemic functional linguistic theory. Now it is high time to carry out comprehensive and systematic research on the role of sys temic functional linguistics in language teaching.
