Abstract
Management Education in higher education institutions is a complex systematic
project, which will be varied because of the change of time and space and difference of
content and approach. Therefore, there is a process of occurrence, development, and
change of management education in higher education institutions. After a comparatively
systematic analysis and research on the problems such as the definition, significance,
content, function, method of the management education in higher education institutions
and its actuality and countermeasures, this topic raises five aspects of content, five
