用药分析 我院2007 – 2008 年抗高血压药物应用情况分析 葛文龙（南通市中医院药剂科，南通，226001） 摘要 目的：了解抗高血压药物的应用情况及发展动向，并对其合理性进行分析, 为临床应用和药品采购提供参考。方法：回 顾性调查我院2007 – 2008 年抗高血压药物的使用情况，对抗高血压药物的销售金额、用药频度、日均费用及联合用药情况进 行分析，总结和探讨多种抗高血压药物的特点和用药趋势。结果：我院33 种抗高血压药物的使用情况中，硝苯地平片、氨氯 地平片、美托洛尔的DDDs 排序居前三位，中成药使用频率较高。用药方式以单用、二联或三联为主。结论：我院抗高血压 药应用基本合理，钙通道阻滞剂是最常用的抗高血压药。 关键词 抗高血压药物；用药频度；日均费用；联合用药 中图分类号：R972+.4 ；R969.3 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1672 – 8157 2009 06 – 0346 – 03 Utilization of Antihypertensive Drugs in Our Hospital from 2007 to 2008 GE Wen-long Department of Pharmacy, Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Nantong, 226001 ABSTRACT Objective: To describe the utilization and development trend of antihypertensive drugs used in our hospital, and analyze the rationality of drug use to provide some useful information for drug procurement. Methods: The retrospective investigation in respect of the consumption sum, DDDs, DDC and the combination drug use of antihypertensive drugs from 2007 to 2008 was performed. The utilization characteristics and development trend of antihypertensive drugs were discussed. Results: 33 Kinds of antihypertensive drugs used in our hospital were involved in the study. Nifedipine tablets, amlodipine tablets, metoprolol tablets in terms of DDDs dominated the top three, and the usage frequency of Chinese traditional medicines was high. Single kind, two kinds and three kinds of antihypertensive drugs were the main drug therapy. Conclusion: The use of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is basically rational. Calcium antagonist is the most popular drug for the treatment of hypertension in our hospital.
