国内外区域中心城市现代服务
业发展路径比较研究

摘 要 :纽约 、伦敦 、东京 、新加坡 、北京 、上海等国际国内区域中心城市现代服务业发展路径各有千秋 。纽约以金融服务
业为主 、伦敦以金融和创意服务业为主 、东京以产品研发和技术创新服务业为主 、新加坡以航运和贸易业为主 、上
海以经济 、金融 、贸易和航运 “四个中心 ”为主 、北京以文化和科技服务业为主 。这些大都市现代服务业发展成功
的经验 ,来源于他们都拥有比较完善的市场制度 、独特的历史文化制度 、专业化的人才以及全球化的服务市场等 。
