摘 要：目前我国快递业在发展过程中存在着竞争激烈、利润缩减、技术水平低
等问题，而其根本原因在于我国快递业市场结构的不合理。运用 SCP 理论分析我国
快递业的市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效，在此基础上提出对我国快递业市场结
构进行调整的对策建议：制定快递产业扶持政策、提高快递业市场集中度的推动
力、提高产品差别化程度、提高快递业进入的壁垒等，从而提高我国快递业的市
场效率。
关键词：快递业；SCP理论；市场结构；市场行为；市场绩效
Abstract: At present, the express industry in China has many problems in furious competition,
benefit curtailment and low technical level during its development process, and the basic reasons
of the problems are market structure of Chinese express industry. Through analyzing the market
structure, conduct and performance of the express industry based on SCP theory, this paper puts
forward countermeasures on adjusting market structure of Chinese express industry, such as
establishing support policy of express industry, increasing the promotion force of industrial market
centralization and difference degree of products, and defending force of express industry joining, so
as to increase market efficiency of Chinese express industry.
