摘 要 曹操是三国时期著名的政治家、军事家、诗人，他同时还是一位卓然 不凡的公文大家却鲜有人言及，以至常被人们所忽视。一直以来人们对他 的研究主要集中于政治、军事和诗歌上。在文学上，曹操诗文并擅，可是 由于现代社会“重文轻笔”的文学倾向，人们往往只注意到了他的乐府诗 歌而忽视了其公文，对其公文的研究也明显弱于对诗歌的研究。迄今为止， 还无人专门对曹操的公文立过著、写过书；研究其公文的论文也屈指可 数 ，博士论文迄今为零，硕士论文只有两三篇，期刊论文也仅十来篇而 已。故而，进一步研究曹操的公文以及他对公文写作做出的历史贡献，有 其必要。 曹操在中国公文史上具有重要的价值，他使公文从文学的混同中独立 出来，成为一种独立的文体，对公文写作、秘书事业做出了历史性的贡献。 本文试通过比较法全面、系统地分析曹操的公文作品。论文首先简述了先 秦至汉末公文与秘书工作发展的概况，曹操对秘书工作的改革及他的公文 作品；接着探究曹操如何利用公文成就其军国大业，他通过公文招贤纳才、 管治社会、发展农业、服务军事，使公文成为领导者管理国家、处理公务 的重要工具；曹操在公文的写作上进行了大胆地改革与创新，他的公文已 明显不同于秦汉时期的公文，文辞典雅，崇尚实用，篇幅简短；在写作思 维上也具有独特的特点，对当今公文写作具有重要的启示意义。 关键词：曹操，公文写作，历史贡献，思维，启示 I ABSTRACT Cao Cao is famous statesman, military strategist, poet during the Three Kingdoms. He is also a kind of skill in the official documents we have rarely Speaked, as well as often overlooked. It has focused on the research of his political, military, and poetry. Cao Cao is good at poetry and document, but people tend to focus only on the verse of his poetry and ignoring its documents, there are important because of China paying more attention on the literary than documents ，On official documents of the study also clearly weaker than the study of poetry.So far, no one specifically wrote books on Cao Caos official documents; also is the research papers that study his official documents, PhD thesiss have so far is zero, masters thesis that only two or three articles, journal articles are only ten laipian.Therefore, it is necessary that further study of Cao Cao’s document and his contribution to documents writing. Cao Cao has great value in the history of the Chinese documents. He made a historical contribution to the writing of the document and the secretary business.
