Abstract：A sufficientcondition ofasymptoticalstability for a classoftime
varyingmulti．delayneutraldifferentialequationsisestablished．Thecondition
whichnotonlydependsonthediscretedelaysbutalsoontheneutraldelaysis
expressedin termsoflinearmatrix inequality．Thecriterion canbesolvedby
variousefficientconvexoptimizationalgorithms．Intheend，anumerica1example
givenbyutilizingMatlabtoolboxillustratesthefeasibilityofthecriterion·
