·480 · ， 赵 兵 等 不同放疗靶区对食管癌疗效及安全性的影响 不同放疗靶区对食管癌疗效及安全性的影响 ， ， ， ， ， ， ， 赵 兵 金 永 李再芹 杨会张 吴 兵 薛 闯 郭翠华 许广赛 Effect and safety of different radiotherapy target region on the therapeutic effect of esopha- geal carcinoma Zhao Bing ，Jin Yong ，Li Zaiqin ，Yang Huizhang ，Wu Bing ，Xue Chuang ，Guo Cuihua ，Xu Guangsai Dep artment of Ｒadiation Oncology ，Sihong Golden Pavilion Hosp ital Group ，Cancer Hosp ital ，Jiangsu Sihong 223900 ，China． 【Abstract 】 Objective :To analyze the impact of different clinical target delineation esophageal cancer chemoradio- therapy efficacy and safety ，and to explore the three － dimensional conformal radiotherapy of esophageal cancer clinical target range． Methods :All 60 cases of esophageal cancer were randomly divided into non － prevention group and pre- vention group treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy． Non － prevention group 28 cases ，CTV ，including the primary tumor and down outside the expansion 3cm ，0 ． 8 － 1． 0cm around the external expansion and enlargement of lymph nodes involved area． Prevention group ，32 cases of esophageal cancer primary tumor CTV external expansion with non － prevention group ，according to the original foci of different parts ，giving the regional lymph nodes draining the prevention of exposure ． Ｒesults :In non － prevention group and prevention group 1 － and 2 － year survival rates were 67 ． 9% ，57 ． 1% and 68． 8% ，50 ． 0% ，1 － and 2 － year local control rates were 7 1． 4 % ，60 ． 7% and 7 1． 9% ， 59 ． 4 % ． Field lymph node recurrence rates were 7 ． 1% ，6． 3% ． In non － prevention group Ⅲ radiation pneumonitis ， esophagitis and bone marrow suppression was 3． 6% ，7 ． 1% ，14 ． 3% ;p
