论加强高校学生组织思想政治教育管理 中文摘要 高校是我国人才培养的重要场所，是国家人才强国战略实施的重要保障。高校作为大 学生思想政治教育的主阵地、主课堂、主渠道，对提高大学生思想道德品质、培养高素质 人才至关重要。高校学生组织是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的主阵地之一，加强 对高校学生组织的思想政治教育管理是提升学生组织战斗力、凝聚力、推动高校思想政治 教育和校园文化的重要手段。本论文结合本人学生工作经验，通过深入系统地调查研究和 实践，分析高校学生组织和学生组织思想政治教育管理的现状及存在的问题，并对如何加 强高校学生组织思想政治教育管理进行了探索性研究。希望通过这一研究，唤起高校领导 者和学生组织成员对加强高校学生组织思想政治教育管理重要性的认识，并为高校思想政 治教育管理工作的开展提供有益帮助。 全文分为四个部分: 第一部分：高校学生组织现状及面临的挑战。首先对高校学生组织进行释义，然后通 过对学生组织的特点和现状进行分析，总结高校学生组织面临的优势和问题。 第二部分：高校学生组织的思想政治教育管理及构成要素。这部分从管理的涵义入手， 通过分析高校学生组织思想政治教育管理的涵义，并对其构成要素进行分析。 第三部分：思想政治教育管理在学生组织中的作用。主要包括：为学生组织确立正确 的工作目标；增强学生组织工作计划的可行性；加强学生组织管理的系统性。 第四部分：对加强高校学生组织思想政治教育管理的几点建议：遵循思想政治教育管 理的原则；创新高校学生组织思想政治教育管理方法；增强高校学生组织思想政治教育管 理队伍建设；深化高校学生组织的思想政治教育管理内容。 关键词：高校学生组织，思想政治教育管理，方法 - 1 - Strengthening Ideological and Political Education Administration of University Students’ Organization Abstract Universities are important location of training talents in our country, and they are the indemnification of implementing talent powerful nation strategy.
