芝麻渣提取物抑菌试验的研究 作 者 龚飞涛 指导教师 何晓梅 摘要: 通过索氏提取法对芝麻渣脱脂3h，然后回流提取14h，得芝麻渣提取物，旋转蒸发和真空干燥得提取物干物质，以平板穿刺法和纸片扩散法研究提取物对大肠杆菌，枯草芽孢杆菌，金黄色葡萄球菌，酵母菌和黑曲霉的抑菌效果。结果表明：大肠杆菌，枯草芽孢杆菌，金黄色葡萄球菌，酵母菌和黑曲霉均不受芝麻渣提取物的抑制。 关键词：芝麻渣提取物，索氏提取法，纸片扩散法，平板穿刺法，抑菌性 Study on antimicrobial activity of sesame dregs extract Abstract: Skimmed 3h by Soxhlet extractor for sesame residue then extracted 14h, had sesame dregs extraction than did rotary evaporation,dried in vacuum and extracted dry matter.I also research antibacterial effect of Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, yeast and Aspergillus niger with the help o
