Study on Urban － rural Integrated Planning of Specialized Towns in Central Jiangsu
———Taking Example for Qindong Town of Dongtai City

Abstract :The existing problems in the current planning system were analyzed by taking the urban － rural integrated development
of Qindong stainless steel specialized town in the central area of Jiangsu province as a case ，and the urban － rural integrated develop-
ment paths of specialized towns were put forward from the following 5 aspects :overall consideration of urban and rural spatial layout ，
urban and rural industrial development ，rural and urban infrastructure construction ，rural and urban public service ，and rural and ur-
ban ecological environment． The author pointed out the developmental direction of urban － rural integrated planning of specialized
towns．
