Keywords: Structural design; seismic; working drawings第一章：结构设计说明1.1 设计况1、建设项目名称：杨凌示范区景苑小区3号住宅楼；建设地点：杨凌示范区五胡路东段路北。 2、本房屋为七层砖混结构房屋，层高均为2.8m，建筑高度为20.95m。建筑面积5900平方米，共5个单元6种户型。 3、本建筑结构设计使用年限为50年；安全等级为二级；抗震设防类别为丙类，设计地震分组为第一组，建筑场地类别为Ⅱ类。αmax=0.12,Tg=0.35s.。砌体施工等级为B级。 4、施工中严格遵守国家现行的各项施工及验收规范。 5、地质资料：建筑场地平坦，场地土为Ⅰ级非自重湿陷性黄土，拟用换土垫层法进行地基处理，垫层材料为2∶8灰土，垫层厚度为2米，换土处理后，地基表面的承载力特征值不小于200kPa。 1.2、地基及基础1、地基基础设计等级为丙级，湿陷性黄土地区建筑分类为丙类建筑。 2、取室内外高差为0.75m，首层室内地坪标高为-0.090。 3、建筑场地为Ⅰ级非自重湿陷性黄土，地基采用换土垫层法进行处理，地基处理范围见基础平面图，具体做法如下：基坑开挖至-4.25m，然后做2.0m后2：8灰土垫层，要求夯实系数不小于0.97。 4、基坑开挖至设计标高后应认真进行普探，遇坑、墓、穴、井等按《建筑场地基坑探查与处理暂行规定》Q/XJ104-64进行处理。 5、垫层的施工质量检验必须分层进行，应在每层质量符合规范及设计要求后再铺填上层土。 6、本基础工程采用墙下钢筋混凝土条形基础。基础施工完后及时用净素土回填至室内外地坪下，要求素土压实系数不小于0.94。换土处理后，地基表面的承载力特征值
