河 南 科 技 大 学 阶 段 论 文 题目 妇女劳动就业权利保护研究 姓 名 曾 新 新 院 系 法 学 院 专 业 法 学 指导教师 赵 秀 荣 2012年 6月10日 妇女劳动就业权利保护研究 RESEARCH FOR PROTECTION ON WOMEN EMPLOYMENT RIGHT 摘 要：劳动权作为我国公民的基本权利，妇女劳动就业权利是其重要组成部分，对女性经济地位的独立及政治地位的提高有重要意义。女性就业不仅彰显了女性的价值，也对社会经济文明及政治文明起到推动作用。但目前我国妇女就业困难问题十分突出，性别歧视现象非常，已经严重损害了女性的基本权利，阻碍了社会经济的进一步发展。本篇文章主要包括四个部分：第一部分简述了妇女劳动就业权利的依据。第二部分详细列举我国妇女就业的现状及其潜在威险，第三、四部分对女性就业困难的原因进行分析且提出了一些建议。事实说明，我国妇女劳动就业权利的实现不会一蹴而就，需要长期努力。 关键词：妇女就业权；性别歧视；法律保护；完善 Abstract: Women’s labor right , an important portion of employment right which is a foundation right for Chinese, has great point for their economic independence and politic improvement. Women employment not only appear her concept of value, but also push the development of economic civilization and politic civilization. At present, however, employment difficulty is very salient, gender discrimination is quite universalize, all which have seriously damaged women’s basic right and prevent the economy from further development. This paper includes four sectors: the first sector describes reasons of women’s labor right, the next lists in detail the women employment represent and potential dangers, the three and four analysis reasons of employment difficulty and gives some advices. In fact, achievement of women’s labor right could not be for a moment, but need a longtime hard work.
