建筑工程施工进度管理探析 　　摘要：施工进度是建筑工程项目管理三大控制重点之一，与工程质量、工程成本相有机结合形成一个反应工程项目实施状况的综合性指标，因此建筑工程施工进度管理已经不仅是传统意义上的工期控制，而是一项涉及面广、影响因素多的系列性管理活动，直接影响着施工企业的经济效益和社会效益，如何有效控制施工进度，是当前众多施工企业所需要考虑的一个重要问题。 　　本文针对当前我国建筑工程现状，就施工进度管理需要注意的一些问题进行了探讨，对施工企业施工进度管理具有一定参考意义。 　　关键词：建筑工程；施工进度；进度管理；控制策略 　　Abstract: the construction progress is one of the key construction project management of the three control, and the construction cost of engineering quality, combined with the status of implementation of comprehensive index of a reaction engineering project, so the construction progress management of construction engineering is not only the traditional sense of time control, but a series of management activities involving a wide range of, influence factors, directly affects the construction enterprise economic benefit and social benefit, how to effectively control the construction schedule, is an important problem in the current many construction firms need to consider. 　　In this paper, based on the current situation of construction project in China, discusses some problems needing attention in the construction schedule management, has the certain reference significance for the construction progress management of construction enterprises. 　　Keywords: Construction Engineering; construction schedule; schedule management; control strategy 　　中图分类号：TU71 文献标识码：A文章编号：2095-2104（2013） 　　 　　 　　1引言 　　施工进度是建筑工程项目管理三大重点控制内容之一，与工程质量、工程成本有机结合组成反应工程项目实施状况的综合性指标。对施工进度进行控制，是保证工程项目按期完成，节约工程成本的重要措施之一。实际上，随着建筑行业的发展，施工进度管理已经不再仅是传统意义上的工期控制，而是一项涉及面广、影响因素众多的系列性管理活动，直接影响着 　　施工企业的经济效益与社会效益。如何有效控制施工进度，是当前众多施工企业所需要考虑的一个重要问题。在新形势下，对施工进度进行控制，需要综合考虑施工成本、劳动消耗、工程实物、资源供应等多个方面的问题。下面，本文针对当前我国建筑工程发展现状，就施工进度管理需要注意的一些问题进行简要的探讨，并提出一些有效的应对策略。 　　2施工进度管理中存在的问题 　　2.1施工进度计划编制问题 　　施工进度计划是整个工程项目进度管理的依据，施工进度计划的编制是否科学合理，是保证施工进度控制能否有效进行的关键。在编制施工进度计划时，必须注意工作排序和各单项工作的逻辑关系，合理安排资源，避免工作安排在某一短暂时间内过于集中，出现资源配置不合理现象。此外，尤其要避免出现漏项过多现象，要尽量全盘考虑使施工计划编制遍及整个工程各个环节各项工作，以免造成施工过程中产生过多编外工作、突发性工作，从而对施工产生冲击影响施工计划的正常实行，如排遣污、排废、道路交通、场地平整等辅助助性工程的计划与实施。在部分企业编制施工进
