硫酸长春新碱脂质体的释放度和药效学研究 【摘要】 目的 考察硫酸长春新碱脂质体的体外释放度及其药效。方法 采用pH梯度法制备硫酸长春新碱脂质体，用透析法测定其体外释放度和血浆释放度，通过抗小鼠S180肿瘤的抑瘤率评价药效。结果 硫酸长春新碱脂质体体外释放度符合零级动力学模型；聚乙二醇单甲醚2000胆固醇琥珀酸酯修饰的硫酸长春新碱脂质体释放度降低，抑瘤率显著提高。结论 长循环硫酸长春新碱脂质体降低药物释放度，提高药效。 【关键词】 硫酸长春新碱 脂质体 长循环脂质体 释放度 药效学 Abstract:Objective To investigate the release rate and pharmacodynamics in vitro of of vincristine sulfate liposomes.
