China April,2008 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文  摘  要  对仓储系统进行优化是供应链中重要的一环，也是仓储企业提高自身竞争力， 以有限的资源获取更大效益的有效方法。对仓储企业的系统进行全面的分析，并在 此基础上综合运用现代化科学管理方法和现代信息技术手手段，不但可以满足现代 物流中仓储模式的要求，同时，还可以有效加强流程监管，在实现仓储管理各环节 的同步化，高效化上起到了重要作用。 本文以条码技术及 EIQ(定单品项数量分析)相关理论为指导，对中储公司的流程 系统进行了分析，明确了信息化仓储管理系统作为一种比较可行的解决方案，来进 行对仓库管理的总体的整合；同时针对中储公司目前的布局现况，提出了对其进行 优化的策略：首先， 结合先进的信息化技术，对各项储备物资进行数字化管理；其 次，提出依靠计算机来分析 EIQ 数据，发现和找出落后和不适应的布局状况；最后， 提出以 EIQ 各项数据分析为依据，结合现有的资源重新布局的方案，以进一步提高 管理效益，确保供应链的高质量数据交流，为仓储企业创造了新的效益源泉和竞争 能力，从而在快速多变的市场中处于领先地位。  关键词：仓储优化  信息技术  定单品项数量分析 I 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 Abstract Carrying out an optimization on to keeping system in a storehouse is that supply chain is hit by one important ring , is also to keep enterprise in a storehouse improving oneself competition, effective method gaining bigger beneficial result with limited resource. Carry out all-round analysis on the system keeping enterprise in a storehouse , wield and the method modernizing scientific management and modern information technology hand means here synthetically on the basis, not only the request being able to keep a pattern in a storehouse in satisfying modern logistics, is simultaneous, can have an effect to reinforce technological process inspection, synchronization keeping the link managing every in a storehouse in realization, plays have arrived at important role on high-effect-rization; Be wellhead and competitiveness keep enterprise in a storehouse having created new beneficial result , be in position in the lead thereby in rapidly changeful marketplace.
