卫生管理学院 本科毕业论文（设计） 题目： 城市空巢老人心理健康及对策研究 Psychological health and countermeasures of urban empty-nesters 姓 名： 学 号： 专 业： 年 级： 指导教师： 二〇一四年六月二十三日 摘 要 老年期一般从60岁左右开始，在这个时期人往往会面临很多生命历程中的重要事件，这个阶段也是心理问题频繁发生的时期。老龄化的脚步也越来越快，对老年人的问题特别是老年心理问题的重视，已成为大势所趋。现在我国社会老龄化越来越严重，家庭结构空巢化也成为社会发展的必然趋势。空巢家庭中的老年人也是生存风险较大的群体，由于生活及精神等各方面的缺乏，空巢老人普遍存在孤独、伤感、精神萎靡等问题，被称为“空巢综合征”，尤其对体弱多病、行动不便的老年人来说，以上情况会更严重[1]。这也必然会引起了社会对于空巢家庭老人的关注。现阶段，关于空巢老人的调查研究很多，但是关注心理健康的研究尚少。 本研究通过结构式问卷调查，随机抽取100名60岁以上江苏省宿迁市泗洪县的居民进行研究，将调查对象分为空巢组和非空巢组，每组各50人，运用定量分析方法对空巢老人心理健康状况进行调查分析。通过调查分析结果，从心理学角度出发，讨论总结每组心理健康的影响因素，进而提出有效建议与措施，改善老人心理健康状况，提高生活质量。 关键字：空巢老人 心理健康 研究对策 Abstract Old age began at age 60 or so, at this stage people will face or experience a lot of important events in the life course, such as retirement, children left home, the birth of the third generation, retirement, death, etc., which accounts for most of the negative event, it is in the heart of the invisible man into a special position, this stage is also psychological problems occur frequently.
