METHODS： The expressions of MMP2, MMP9 in trophoblastic tumors including 32 invasive hydatidiform moles and 16 choriocarcinomas were detected by immunohistochemical SP method, and the results were analyzed by referring to their clinical features. RESULTS: In highrisk cases and lowrisk cases of choriocarcinoma the positive rates were 100% and 40% respectively. The positive rates of MMP2 and MMP9 expressions in lowrisk cases of choriocarcinoma were significantly lower than those in highrisk cases of choriocarcinoma (0.05). In invasive hydatidiform mole groups without chemotherapy and with chemotherapy the positive rates of MMP2 expression were 91% and 46% respectively the positive rates of MMP2 expression in invasive hydatidiform mole groups with chemotherapy were significantly lower than those without chemotherapy (0.05). The expression of MMP9 was not significantly different among the groups. CONCLUSION：The expression of MMP2 was correlated to the neoplastic prognosis, The detection of MMP2 expression may be a valuable marker for evaluating the prognosis of trophoblastic tumor. 　　【Keywords】 matalloproteinase trophoblastic neoplasms； immunohistochemical SP method prognostic 　　【摘要】 目的：研究滋养细胞肿瘤中基质金属蛋白酶2，基质金属蛋白酶 9(MMP2， MMP9)的表达，探讨MMP2，MMP9与滋养细胞肿瘤间的关系. 方法：用免疫组化SP法检测32例侵蚀性葡萄胎、16例绒毛膜癌组织中MMP2，MMP9的表达情况，并与临床特征相比较. 结果：绒毛膜癌低危组强表达率40%，高危组100%. 绒毛膜癌低危组强表达率明显低于高危组（0.05）；侵蚀性葡萄胎中化疗组MMP2阳性表达率46%，未化疗组91%. 侵蚀性葡萄胎中化疗组MMP2阳性表达率明显低于未化疗组（0.05）；MMP9强表达率在各组间无统计学意义. 结论：MMP2高表达与肿瘤预后密切相关，MMP2可能作为判断滋养细胞肿瘤患者预后的参考指标. 　　【关键词】 基质金属蛋白酶滋养层肿瘤免疫组化预后 　　0引言 　　妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤的治愈率虽然达到85%~90%［1］,但治疗后复发导致预后不良仍是目前妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤的研究热点. 我们以妊娠滋养细胞肿
