摘  要 多年来，我们一直把生产力定义为：人类征服自然、改造自然并从自然界获得物质生 活资料的能力。这种观点将自然放在人类的对立面，认为人类是自然的主宰，忽视了人与 自然的和谐关系，没有看到自然其实是人类的衣食父母，而生态生产力作为生产力理论发 展的最新成果，弥补了传统生产力理论的缺陷。 科学技术推动了人类社会的进步，同时，新的生产方式—生态化的生产方式又需要科 学技术实现生态化的转向。这是社会发展的内在需要，而实现科学技术的生态化转向又是 一个漫长的过程。科学发展观为当代科技发展指明了方向，要大力发展人与自然和谐的科 技，科技生态化是科学发展观指导科技发展的必然选择。科技生态化力图克服传统科技的 内在缺陷及实践负效应，转向追求构建自然生态和谐系统和社会和谐系统的统一，追求人 的全面发展。科技生态化的转向是生态生产力发展的内在要求，反过来说，科技的生态化 转向过程也是生态生产力发展的过程。发展生态生产力需要科技实现生态化，树立新的科 技观。 本文首先反思传统生产力造成生态危机的根源，论述传统生产力理论的局限性，指出 生态生产力是解决生态危机的唯一出路，从而引出生态生产力的基本理论。其次在研究完 生态生产力的同时，引出生态生产力中最重要的科技因素，介绍了科技生态化转向的背景， 论述科技的生态化转向的基本内涵及功能。再次重点论证了科技生态化转向与生态生产力 之间的辩证关系，得出两者之间具有内在一致性的结论。最后从思想理论方面论证了科技 生态化的实现方式，进而完善了相关理论。  关键词：生态生产力 科技生态化  转向  I Abstract Over the years, the productivity in the textbook of Marxist has been defined as: the ability of human who transformed nature to obtain the material means of subsistence from nature. It reflects the contradictory relationship between humans and nature. The productivity of the traditional theory emphasis on the contradictory relationship between humans and nature，it neglected the natural right of human reaction and ignored the harmonious relationship between man and nature. The eco-productivity theory makes up the deficiencies in the traditional theory of productive forces and expressed the dialectical relation between humans and nature.
