　 华 　 中 　 科 　 技 　 大 　 学 　 硕 　 士 　 学 　 位 　 论 　 文 　  摘  要  我国企业孵化器已有 22 年的发展历史，且呈快速发展的态势，同时也存在着一 些亟待解决的问题，其中大部分都是孵化器的功能与组织结构不相匹配导致的。孵 化器在不同的发展阶段对组织结构有不同的要求，使得组织结构问题很容易成为制 约孵化器进一步发展的瓶颈。但是，目前学术界鲜见针对孵化器组织结构设计的理 论研究。因此，研究孵化器的组织结构设计具有重要的现实和理论意义。 本文首先从企业孵化器的定义入手，明确孵化器的作用，通过阐述我国企业孵 化器发展的现状、问题、阶段及趋势特点，分析了其与组织结构的相关关系。然后 对当前典型的组织结构模式及发展趋势进行分析，借鉴影响组织结构设计的要素， 结合企业孵化器自身的特点，分析得出孵化器组织结构设计的关键影响因素，包括 体制、战略、规模和人员素质，并对四种因素的综合影响进行了探讨。接着从系统 的观点和功能与结构的内在关系两方面分析得出基于功能导向的企业孵化器组织结 构设计思想，并在此基础上明确设计框架及步骤，按照功能与结构一一匹配的原理， 设计出针对不同功能孵化器的相应组织结构模型；最后以武汉东湖新技术创业中心 为例，对其各个阶段组织结构的演变进行了探讨和具体分析，验证了本文所提出的 组织结构设计模型的有效性。  关键词：企业孵化器 　  组织结构  功能导向 I 　 华 　 中 　 科 　 技 　 大 　 学 　 硕 　 士 　 学 　 位 　 论 　 文 　 Abstract Business incubators have deve loped for 22 years and grown rapidly in China, but there are still some urgent problems, most of which are the result of that the functions of the incubator do not match with its organizational structure. Different development stages of the incubator require different organizational structures, making the problem of organizational structure easily become a bottleneck that lay a constraint on the further development of the incubator; However, the study on the design of organizational structure for incubators seem rather scarcely. Hence, it is of great practical and theoretical significance to study the design of organizational structure for incubators. In this paper, to start from the definition of business incubators, get a clear understanding of the role of an incubator, then through illustrating the current situation, problems, stages and trends of business incubators in China, and analyzing their relationship with organizational structure, lay a solid foundation for the below. And then analyze the typical patterns of current organizational structure and developing trends to guide the design of organizational structure of incubators.
